Since joining the association in 2015, Linda Seals has been a valuable part of the FEWA family and currently serves as a purposeful and unwavering member guide.
With more than 20 years of experience in business management as a controller for a Ford automotive dealership prior to joining FEWA, Linda developed a keen sense of problem-solving and precision in her work.
Linda’s journey to FEWA began when the dealership closed, leading her to a new calling in guiding FEWA members through the intricate H-2 visa application process for temporary workers. She walks members through each step, ensuring they meet deadlines and fully understand the requirements.
“The process is lengthy, but it’s worth it,” she says, reminding members to keep going and not to give up. Her caring approach and dedicated support have made an impression with members who frequently express their gratitude, saying they couldn’t succeed without her.
Outside of work, Linda loves spending time with her family, especially her five grandchildren and two bonus grandkids, ranging in ages from three to 14.
She’s active in her church and enjoys cheering for her grandchildren in all of their sports and activities that she attends. “I go to everything and I’m their #1 fan,” Linda says.
In her job, she’s there for the members and is always cheering them on as they navigate through the process.
Linda’s commitment to FEWA and her support for its members make her an essential part of the team. Her diligence and reliability are at the core of FEWA’s commitment to guiding members through every step of their journey.
