Register for May 21-22 H-2B Fly-In

FEWA in collaboration with the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP), is hosting its H-2B Fly-In for members on May 21- 22, 2024. Join us in Washington, D.C, as we need power in numbers and your personal stories on how the H-2B cap limitations affect your business, community, employees and economy.

Here is the anticipated timeline, additional details will be shared as they become available:

Tuesday, May 21, 2024
5– 7 pm Drinks (Location TBD)
7 pm Dinner on your own

Wednesday, May 22, 2024
7 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Breakfast and Briefing (Location TBD)
8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.Congressional Visits on the Hill

Register to Attend and we will begin scheduling your Hill appointments.  We will do our best not to book meetings past 4:00pm so that you may travel home in the evening.
This is a free event to attend; however, you do need to cover your own expenses for your hotel and transportation to DC.  This fly-in will be very similar to those in the past.  For any new attendees, we will provide you with all the instructions, talking points and can even attend a meeting with you.

Reserve your room at the Hamilton Hotel for a rate of $329 per night.  There are a limited number of rooms available so please book quickly.  If the room block runs out, we will try our best to expand or look for other nearby hotels.
