FEWA’s Annual H-2B Member Fly-In is partnering with the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) Legislative Days in Washington, D.C, June 13-14, 2023.  We are joining together to host one event on the Hill to discuss the importance of immediate and permanent H-2B cap relief.

The H-2B program has a statutory cap limitation of 66,000 visas, 33,000 allotted for the first half of the fiscal year and 33,000 for the second half of the fiscal year.  The first half of the fiscal year is from October 1 through March 31st with the second half from April 1 through September 30.   […]

The Colorado Fruit & Vegetable Growers Association (CFVGA) will host its Produce Labor Conference, Dec. 14th at the Pueblo Convention Center. This conference will be an opportunity for all components of Colorado labor to come to together to search for solutions to Colorado’s ag labor shortage.
