FEWA’s Annual H-2B Member Fly-In is partnering with the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) Legislative Days in Washington, D.C, June 13-14, 2023. We are joining together to host one event on the Hill to discuss the importance of immediate and permanent H-2B cap relief.
The H-2B program has a statutory cap limitation of 66,000 visas, 33,000 allotted for the first half of the fiscal year and 33,000 for the second half of the fiscal year.
