2025 H-2B Fly-In

FEWA, in collaboration with the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP), will be hosting our H-2B Fly-In on May 19-20, 2025. Join us in Washington, D.C. as we need power in numbers and your personal story on how the H-2B cap limitations affect your business, community, employees, economy, etc.
Register Now to attend and we will begin scheduling your Hill appointments. We will do our best not to book meetings past 4 pm so that you can travel home in the evening. This is a free event to attend, however, you do need to cover your own expenses for your hotel and transportation to DC.
Reserve your room at the Eaton DC Hotel,1201 K St NW, Washington, DC 20005, for a rate of $319 per night. There are limited number of rooms available so please book quickly.

Monday, May 19, 2025 (Travel)
- 5:00 – 7:00 PM: Happy Hour (Location TBD, hosted by NALP)
- 7:00 PM FEWA PAC Dinner (Location TBD)
Tuesday, May 20, 2025 (Hill Visits)
- 7:00 – 9:00 AM: Breakfast & Issue Briefing (Capitol Hill Complex)
- 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Meetings on Capitol Hill with House and Senate offices
- Departure: Flights available from DCA, IAD, or BWI; driving options available
All attendees will be provided with appointment instructions, talking points and grouped together with other H-2B users from your same state. We look forward to seeing you in Washington, D.C. as we continue to fight for meaningful H-2B cap relief.
