We believe that the H-2B cap for the second half of Fiscal Year 2025 was likely reached sometime during the week of March 3, but the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has not yet made any announcement about the cap or the release of supplemental visas.
Under the H-2B rule on supplemental visas that was issued in November, employers may begin applying for supplement visas 15 days after the cap is reached.
We need your help to make sure that this regulation is followed and that the visas are quickly made available for the spring and summer.

Please contact your Representative and two Senators today and ask them to immediately reach out to DHS about the release of 19,000 supplemental visas for returning workers.
