The Federation of Employers and Workers of America (FEWA) has named Arnulfo Hinojosa as its chief operating officer (COO).

Hinojosa will continue to oversee the daily operations of FEWA, supporting the organization’s mission to assist employers and workers navigating the H-2 visa process for seasonal, temporary, and legal workforces.

He manages a team of 12 staff members, serving more than 6,000 association members. As FEWA’s primary spokesperson, Hinojosa will continue representing the association at conferences, trade shows, and meetings with congressional leaders in Washington, D.C. on behalf of members. He will also lead efforts to keep members informed via newsletters, alerts, and webinars, with a focus on labor retention and management services.

“Arnulfo is the ‘Michael Jordan’ of our industry—exceptionally skilled and dedicated to every detail,” said FEWA President Scott Evans. “Our association’s growth and success are a direct result of Arnulfo’s leadership and his collaboration with our talented team to serve our members’ needs.”

Hinojosa has been with FEWA since its inception in 2003, joining as one of its first employees while still in college. Along with Evans, he helped lay the foundation for FEWA navigating the H-2A/H-2B temporary guest worker process for more than two decades.
